Soramai bills training and inference in coins — a fixed per-minute rate per GPU tier. Coins are bought in packs; bigger packs give more coins per dollar. There are no minimums, no per-seat fees, and no charges while a deployment is idle.
Training
Training rate is fixed per GPU tier. The dashboard shows an exact estimate from the live operator rate before you start a job — so the price you see is the price you pay, even if the underlying GPU costs us more on fallback.

Inference
Playground sessions and text Deploy API endpoints bill per minute of warm-worker runtime. The image Deploy API bills per request. Idle endpoints scale to zero between requests.

How are coins priced in USD?
Coins are sold in packages — bigger packs give more coins per dollar. The conservative floor is 720 coins / $1 (the starter pack); typical mid-pack rate is ~1,000 coins / $1. Every "≈ $X" estimate in the dashboard uses the mid-pack rate so the number lands between what a starter buyer pays and what a studio buyer pays.
Do I pay when the GPU is idle?
No. Training jobs are billed per second of wall-clock GPU time and stop billing the moment the run finishes, fails, or you click Stop. Playground sessions are billed per minute only while a warm pod is serving you — close the tab or hit Stop and billing stops. Deploy API endpoints are billed per request; warm-worker time is included in the per-request charge.
Do coins expire?
Coins do not expire while the account is active.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes — the starter pack is $10. There are no monthly fees, per-seat charges, or recurring commitments.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe Checkout. Invoiced billing is available on request for teams that exceed the largest pack regularly.
